Their first major commission, Trinity Broadcasting near South Coast Plaza, established Finneran’s reputation for precision and excellence in large-scale, custom installations.
Collaboration with Broadcom executives soon opened doors to the world of luxury residences, where bespoke cabinetry and architectural millwork became the firm’s hallmark.
With the arrival of Steve Whelan in 1998 and Jim Resendez in 2002, Finneran’s leadership expanded—blending experience, craftsmanship, and a shared commitment to timeless quality.
Over the decades, the team’s dedication to detail and design positioned Finneran as a trusted partner for discerning clients and exceptional builders alike.
