This collaboration with Dave Hee and Marmol Radziner Architects brings timeless craftsmanship to the coast of South Orange County. Set in Ritz Cove above Salt Creek Beach, the residence blends old-world materials with a contemporary sensibility—clean lines, warm textures, and a minimalist rhythm throughout. Cedar beams, white oak cabinetry in both plain-sawn and rift cuts, and mahogany shutters, doors, and gates together create a refined harmony between tradition and modern design.
