This South Laguna residence was designed for a Northern California investor whose background in engineering and love for woodworking shaped every detail. Built almost entirely in teak—over $1 million in materials—the home demanded both structural precision and artisanal care. From the resort-style interior doors to the mid-century inspired cabinetry and staircase, each element reflects a balance of craftsmanship, warmth, and timeless coastal sophistication.
