JT Finneran was founded in 1988 by two brothers from Long Island, John and Terence Finneran.Their first major project—Trinity Broadcasting near South Coast Plaza—put them on the map. Soon after, work with Broadcom executives propelled the company into the world of high-end luxury homes, specializing in custom cabinetry and millwork.Steve Whelan joined the company in 1998, followed by Jim Resendez in 2002. After decades of dedication and craftsmanship, the two took ownership in 2022, carrying forward the legacy they helped build.
